2 BBQ Grills, MAKE SURE PROPANE TANKS are FULL. 6 large coolers; 8 long tables; 2 round tables; 10 chairs; 6 large trash cans.

Canopy Setup: Snow Cone Machine (needs electricity please!) & Annual Fund.

Set Up Canopies for fields: 2 at East Field: 1 Home, 1 Visitor; 1 at West Field for referees.

Need maintenance help throughout the day (set up and take down), and Trash cans emptied as needed.
